1. Eligibility and truthful information. You confirm that you are legally entitled to drive the vehicle and provide the services you apply for. All information and documents submitted must be accurate, current, complete and belong to you or the vehicle you are authorized to operate.
2. Licensing, registration and insurance. You must maintain a valid driving license for the vehicle/service class, valid vehicle registration and legally required insurance throughout your participation. You must promptly upload replacement documents and update expiry dates when anything changes.
3. Verification and safety. SafariPlug may verify your identity, driving credentials, vehicle documents, insurance and other eligibility information. You must complete mandatory identity and live face/liveness verification before becoming eligible for bookings. SafariPlug may suspend or remove eligibility if verification fails, documents expire, information is inaccurate, or safety requirements are not met.
4. Professional conduct. You agree to provide safe, lawful, respectful and reliable service; comply with applicable traffic, licensing, passenger-safety and transport laws; never drive while impaired; and promptly report incidents, accidents, complaints or material changes affecting your eligibility.
5. Assignments and substitutions. An assignment is not guaranteed. You may only accept assignments you are eligible and able to perform. SafariPlug may reassign a trip for safety, availability or operational reasons. Where a driver substitution affects a customer, SafariPlug may provide the customer with the verified replacement driver's identity and relevant vehicle details.
6. Documents and privacy. License, registration, insurance and verification records are collected for onboarding, safety, compliance, fraud prevention and service operations. They are stored with restricted access and are not customer-facing. SafariPlug will process personal data in accordance with its privacy practices and applicable data-protection law.
7. Suspension and termination. SafariPlug may suspend or terminate driver access where required for safety, legal compliance, document expiry, failed verification, misconduct, fraud, repeated cancellations or other material breach. You may stop participating at any time, subject to existing assignments and applicable obligations.
8. Independent responsibility. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you remain responsible for your own vehicle, licensing, insurance, taxes, permits, operating costs and compliance with applicable laws.
9. Acceptance. By checking the acceptance box and submitting this application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Driver Terms & Conditions and authorize SafariPlug to review the submitted information and documents for driver onboarding and safety verification.
